In the Heart of the Chilterns between Christmas Common and Stonor, six miles from Henley-on-Thames within a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty
The focus of the day will be on finding poise in a constantly changing and busy world through Yoga. Come and enjoy a day in the Viniyoga tradition; take time and space away from day to day pressures and reconnect body, breath and mind for a sense of wholeness through Yoga practice.

Cancellation Policy
Masterclasses, workshops, days - if cancelled by Yogawellness will be refunded in full. If cancelled by attendee will be refundable only if place can be filled.
Individual sessions - There will be no charge if you inform us at least 48 hours prior to your lesson. If less than 48 hours you will be charged in full for the session.
Group classes are non refundable.
